2. General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

Article 1 — Purpose

These general terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between Maison Lumain and any person (hereinafter "the client") making a purchase on the maisonlumain.com website.

Article 2 — Products

Maison Lumain offers sunglasses for sale and, eventually, prescription eyewear frames. The essential characteristics of the products (materials, dimensions, price) are presented on each product page.

Article 3 — Prices

Prices are indicated in Swiss francs (CHF) and in the currencies corresponding to the European markets served, all taxes included. Maison Lumain reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, with products being invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

Article 4 — Order

Any order placed on the website implies full and complete acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale. A confirmation email is sent to the client after validation of the order and payment.

Article 5 — Payment

Payment is made online, at the time of order, via the payment methods offered on the site: [credit card / Twint / PayPal / other — to be confirmed]. Payment is secured by Shopify.

Article 6 — Delivery

Orders are shipped to [delivery zones: Switzerland and Europe — to be confirmed]. Delivery times indicated at the time of order are given as an estimate. Maison Lumain cannot be held responsible for delays due to events beyond its control (carrier strikes, customs, etc.).

Article 7 — Right of withdrawal and returns

Failing this, the courts of Maison Lumain's registered office will have sole jurisdiction, subject to the mandatory provisions applicable to European consumers.
